  • The vehicle will be accessible at the scheduled location and time.
  • A safe work area is available for service.

We reserve the right to decline, postpone, or cancel service due to unsafe conditions, severe weather, inaccessible vehicles, unavailable parts, or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Estimates, Pricing, and Payment

Any estimate provided before inspection is preliminary and based upon the information supplied by the customer.

Final pricing may change if additional issues are discovered during diagnosis or repair.

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Payment is due immediately upon completion of service.
  • We accept cash, major credit cards, and approved electronic payment methods.
  • Diagnostic fees may apply regardless of whether repairs are ultimately performed.
  • Special-order parts may require advance payment.

Failure to pay may result in collection efforts and any remedies available under applicable law.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments by contacting us as soon as possible.

We reserve the right to charge a service or trip fee for:

Warranty claims must be reported promptly after discovery of the issue.
